Republic of Austria, 1 Schilling 1974

The national faces on the Austrian euro cent coins show plants of the alpine flora. The 1 cent coin shows a gentian, the 20 cent coin an edelweiss, and the 50 cent coin a primrose. The shilling coin issued from 1954 to 1994 already bore an edelweiss.
